Várhegyutca

A Várhegyutca egy experimentális-ethnofunk zenekar, melyben 10 fiatal örömzenéje világ körüli műfajokon átutazva teremt felszabadító, közösségi atmoszférát – ahol az érzelmek nemcsak megjelennek, hanem kitáncolhatók, néha elementáris erővel törnek felszínre. Aktív szereplői a budapesti klubéletnek, miközben az ország számos pontján, fesztiválján is rendszeresen megfordulnak. A szakmai elismerések – mint a Music Hungary Showcase vagy a Nemzeti Kulturális Alap támogatása – mellett a zenekar különösen hálás azért, hogy 2026-ban több, számukra meghatározó és inspiráló előadó mellett is nagyszínpadra állhatnak, mint az Aurevoir. ⨸⨸⨸⨸⨸⨸⨸⨸⨸⨸⨸⨸⨸⨸⨸⨸⨸⨸⨸⨸⨸⨸⨸ Várhegyutca is an experimental ethno-funk band in which the joyful music of 10 young people travels through genres around the world, creating a liberating, communal atmosphere—where emotions not only appear but can be danced out, sometimes erupting with elemental force. They are active participants in Budapest’s club scene, while regularly performing across the country at festivals. In addition to professional recognitions such as the Music Hungary Showcase and the support of the National Cultural Fund, the band is especially grateful that in 2026 they can perform on main stages alongside inspiring artists such as Aurevoir.
