The Criticals

The Criticals are a Nashville based rock band formed by Parker Forbes and Cole Shugart. The band have proven themselves a powerful and fierce duo — one with both a diverse musical appetite in the songwriting and a whiplash live show that’s drawn sellout crowds in major US cities including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Austin and Atlanta. The band is gearing up for their first appearance at Lollapalooza and Shaky Knees followed by Eddie Vedder’s Ohana festival in Southern California with 17 headlining shows ranging coast to coast across America this fall. In the midst, their highly anticipated debut album is set for release later in 2025.
