The Caput Mortuum Tour was STOMACH BOOK's spring 2026 North American headline run, the first tour Vivian Weeks' project billed under that name. It opened at St. James Hall in Vancouver on 31 March 2026 and closed at Slowdown in Omaha on 15 April, ten dates running down the West Coast and back east through Phoenix and Denver. Girls Rituals opened most nights. Los Angeles was a two-night stand at The Echo, and the Seattle, Portland, first Los Angeles and Omaha dates sold out.
