Selah Sue

Born Sanne Putseys in Leuven, Belgium, Selah Sue began making music as a teenager, developing a unique sonic identity shaped by soul, hip-hop, funk, and reggae influences. Her breakout came with her self-titled debut album in 2011, a multi-platinum success that established her across Europe with standout tracks like “This World” and “Crazy Vibes.” Her ability to move seamlessly between genres led to collaborations with international artists including Childish Gambino and Cee-Lo Green, as well as early support from Prince.
