Roi Turbo is an electronic dance-rock duo, formed in Cape Town and now based in London. On their second EP, Bazooka, brothers Benjamin and Conor McCarthy celebrate rhythm’s permanence, the clash of analog and digital, and a shared sonic vision that blurs genre lines. Compared to beat-driven siblings like Soulwax, they craft a disco-funk-house sound that skips across continents and eras, landing with a distinct contemporary edge.
