About
Raasa is a Budapest-based DJ with over a decade of experience, known for navigating the full spectrum of house music — from indie dance through minimal and deep tech to more driving, high-energy house — always with a strong focus on groove and atmosphere. Over the years, he has performed at many of Budapest’s key venues and underground spaces, including Turbina, Aether, Toldi, Palazzo Permanens, Heavy and Dugattyús. For nearly ten years, he has also been shaping the scene as an event organizer, founding and curating projects such as Kráter Festival, Botellón Budapest street parties, Lowpass mini festival and Funkyzeit disco nights. His international presence spans from French ski festivals to Transylvania, as well as global cities like New York and Shanghai. He is also a recurring artist at the Colosseum stage of the Sziget Festival. Beyond DJing, Raasa is the music curator of W Budapest hotel, artistic curator at Brain Bar, and co-owner of the Hello Wood architectural studio. His work — both in music and beyond — is driven by a strong sense of atmosphere, community, and carefully crafted experiences.
