Precipitation

We are the quartet Precipitation from Babenhausen in Southern Hessen. We came together to freely express our musical visions and thoughts. Always with the intention of delivering an honest live show with atmosphere that conveys our passion for music on and off the stage. In our 9 years of band history, we have already played more than 180 live shows including support for bands like Wintersun, Suidakra, Katalepsy, and Parasite Inc. We gained international experience on tours through Russia in April 2017 and on the other side of the world in Cuba in March 2019. This allowed us to gain both fun and professionalism. Our music style is, in short, guitar driven, melodic death metal. Despite having a lot of heavy aspects, our music always carries a distinctive blues note as well as progressive and classical influences. In addition to our demo "Dazzled" and our debut album "The Power Of..," there has been an unplugged album since March 2019 with the name "The Flower Of..". It includes new songs as well as some reinterpreted pieces from our debut album.
