Masyn Schloemer aka Moonlight is a recording artist and music producer based in Chicago, Illinois. Moonlight was always a writer, songwriter, and loved to paint pictures with his words. He started playing guitar at the age of 12 having grown up listening to rock and heavy metal music. In 2013, Masyn became introduced to hip hop through the late producer Nujabes and was instantly captivated. At that point he became obsessed and had to listen to as many artists and styles of hip hop as possible; leading to eventually creating and producing his own work. In 2020, Moonlight released two EPS, Memoirs Of Moonlight Vol 1. And Moonlight’s Misc. Singles. Moonlight aims to inspire others to create records and write songs about the things that plague them as that’s what he is doing with his music.
