The band Membrán was formed in October 2024 in Szeged, Hungary. The members of the group are: András Fabula (vocals), Balázs Ferenczi (rhythm guitar), Miklós Máté Kóbor (drums), Albert Rigó (lead guitar), Ákos Süli (keyboards), and Gergő Tátrai (bass guitar). They primarily play alternative rock, blending modern and classic indie influences. For them, the Red Hot Chili Peppers are just as influential as Quimby—and who doesn’t listen to Arctic Monkeys? They have already appeared several times among the performers at the SZIN Festival, and this spring they took the stage as the opening act for Pál Utcai Fiúk at Dürer Kert.
