Growing up in the bass-conscious Pacific Northwest, Lassi confronted jaded beats and reused samples all throughout his youth. Yet while others were playing expired sounds, he saw opportunity in generation gaps. Drawing influence from the likes of American Nightmare, Modern Life is War and the Suicide File: his only option was to bring his past into the present.
