Josef Lamercier is a New Orleans-born, Los Angeles-based artist and songwriter known for his genre-blurring approach to alternative R&B. A self-taught musician and writer, Lamercier has contributed to projects by Channel Tres, Fana Hues, Berhana, Khamari, and more. His debut artist project Merci introduced a distinct sonic identity marked by introspective lyrics and cinematic production. With each release, Lamercier is carving out a space entirely his own.
