About
Jia is a Taiwanese-Canadian indie/alternative artist and singer-songwriter from Vancouver, BC. Her music is a blend of dark western, dream pop, americana, and indie rock, inspired by her love for films by David Lynch, Wong Kar-Wai, Quentin Tarantino, and french new wave. Her debut EP, "The Melting of the Moon," was recorded at Monarch Studios with City and Colour's band, and three-time Juno-nominated producer Olivia Quan, released on June 28th, 2023.
