About
Having spent 10 years in their previous band developing their chemistry, Bray, Malley and Meyskens wrote from jams and penned lyrics together. The result was an accidental mix of post punk and indie dance music with all songs sung by the trop in unison. The trio soon became a foursome when Malley departed to make way for drummer Colin Crosskill and keyboardist and engineer/producer, Kevin McCann. Crosskill and McCann helped usher in a new era for EWS that included more keyboard lines, and a foray into more nuanced songwriting.
