Hailing from as far apart as Norway, Mexico, Argentina and Brazil, Curawaka are - like their music - of the world. Their debut album “Call of the Wild” (2018) is a tribute to world cultural heritage and folklore of peoples or the natural world, as well as an accomplished amalgam of musicianship and spirituality. Their second album “Dreamtime” (2023) is a journey through sound and soul, through fabrics of waking and dreaming reality, with stitches of world rhythms and celestial melodies. Within these sounds, Curawaka is showing the way back to the heart, with a message to take care of nature and protect the wild and sacred in this world.
