About
The project began in Smet’s bedroom when she was seventeen, eventually evolving into a full band in 2021. Their breakthrough came quickly: within a year BLUAI won Belgium’s three leading music contests, including De Nieuwe Lichting on Studio Brussel, leading to national airplay and festival appearances at Rock Werchter, Pukkelpop, Lokerse Feesten and Cactus Festival.
