Their singles “Confidence” and “Rue” released in September and October (respectfully) alongside episode 1 of How Long is Forever, a self-produced crime series ala True Detective. Rounding out the year, ASAVA self-released their album, Mantras, as a practice of its title and an embrace of contradiction with a newfound confidence. Finding a new and intrigued audience, “Acceptance” stood out as a driving force with a meek message.
